Meet our owner, founder and President, Nate Kirchberg, CDT
While obtaining his Bachelor's in Biology at the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 1999, Nate was introduced to the dental lab through a part time job with Drake Dental Laboratory. He fell in love with the art and craft of the business. He began learning the basics and quickly graduated to other departments. His leadership, precision, and craftsmanship skills propelled him forward within a few short years. In 2003, Nate accepted a Lab Manager position within Dental Works, a corporate dental office, in Charlotte. There he would work for 15 years, training and growing the lab in the Charlotte area until eventually becoming the Regional Lab Manager in 2013. Through his passion and patience, he molded several new hires into successful, independent lab managers and led numerous trainings for new hire associate dentists within Dental Works. In 2015, Nate earned a Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology. Nate has a passion for sharing his knowledge to better the lab industry and to build stronger bonds between his lab team and the dental professionals they serve. Nate feels strongly that relationship with dental professionals is the key to delivering quality products that exceed expectations.
